Booking terms & conditions

• Alkenan Travel and Tourism is not responsible for issuing the travel visa for any party. Please check with the Embassy for the latest updates. Visa formalities are to be completed by the customer.
• Rates and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• Please ensure that all the information and details in your booking are legitimate. You will be liable for any charges incurred due to incorrect information or details mentioned in your booking.
• It is the customer’s duty to check all the special conditions of the booking.
• Any requests such as early check-in, late check-out, interconnecting, non-smoking, and bed-type will be requested from the hotel, but cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at the time of check-in.
• Any extras incurred by the customer will be charged directly to them.
• Multiple transfer charges or hourly rates will be applied for stops outside of the set itinerary or program.
• Cancellations of confirmed services are subject to a cancellation charge depending on the Terms & Conditions of the booked service.
• The passport must be valid for the duration of the full trip. (Validity must not be less than three to six months from the departure date.)
• The birth date must match the date of birth in the customer’s passport.
• All fares and flight schedules are subject to change. The airline’s Terms and Conditions apply.
• The customer must inform Alkenan Travel and Tourism if there are any children travelling with the parents. Failure to do so may result in extra charges or a cancellation without a refund.
• Travel regulations are frequently changing. Please ensure you check mandatory regulations prior to travelling. Alkenan Travels will not be liable should you be unable to proceed with your travel plans due to incomplete requirements.
